Each of Lisa Ann's bridal jewelry is handmade in the United States. She uses genuine Swarvoski Pearls and Crystals as well as freshwater pearls, and the highest quality semi-precious gemstones available. These hand selected pieces are carefully strung together and secured with Sterling Silver components. Each piece is then meticulously inspected for craftsmanship and quality.

Resizing
If you receive Bridal Jewelry by Lisa Ann as a gift and the item needs to be resized, you may return it for alteration within 90 days of the date of purchase. Please contact us prior to returning any item to us.

There is nothing in the market that will catch your eye quite like a Swarovski Crystal. Over a period of time your jewelry may become dull from everyday wear. Simply follow the care instructions below to keep your jewelry shining the way they should be.

Storing:	Always store each piece of jewelry in a airtight jewelry box or zip locked baggie to avoid tarnishing, pollutants, and being scratched. This process is particularly important for the care of freshwater pearls. To minimize scratches with freshwater pearls, pack them in their own protective pouches.
What to Avoid:	This jewelry may be damaged by direct contact with salt water and aerosol sprays such as perfumes, hair sprays, or detergents. NEVER wear this jewelry in the bath, in bed, or when exercising. This can cause unreasonable stress and wear and tear.
Cleaning Swarovski Crystals and Pearls:	An occasional polishing with a soft cloth will help to maintain the original lustrous finish of your jewelry. If your piece does get dirty, wash with warm water, rinse thoroughly with clean water, and dry with a clean soft cloth. You may also use sonic cleaners or ammonia cleaners (window cleaner) to restore luster.
Cleaning Freshwater Pearls:	DO NOT wash freshwater pearls. They should be cleaned with a soft cloth only.
